Our Wines
BIN 50 | ROSÉ
Our Frontenac Rosé was created by lightly pressing select full grape clusters giving this wine its characteristic Color. With notes of watermelon, strawberry and candied cherry this semi-sweet wine is great for any occasion.
BIN 100 | Edelweiss
Delicate floral aromas yield to sweet tropical fruits that tease your palate in this wine's finish. With just 3.5% residual sugar, this semi-sweet white table wine will be sure to please.
BIN D100 | Dry Edelweiss
You may think of a song or a mountain flower, but we're thinking "wine". This noble white grape is cold hardy but needs to be harvested a bit early and at just the right time to capture the best part of what it has to offer without tasting "foxy". A delicate floral aroma yields to sweet tropical fruits that dominate the palate.
BIN 200 | Brianna
Brianna is a white grape developed by cold climate grape pioneer Elmer Swenson and plays a supporting role in many blends. We left it semi-sweet and believe it stands on its own quite well. We worked hard into the night pressing this one out. Experienced pineapple prominent on the nose, followed by banana and grapefruit aromas.
BIN 300 | La Crescent
2019 Silver Medal Winner at Mid-American Wine Competition! La Crescent is a dry white with a brilliant gold color. This fruit-forward wine has an aromatic structure showcasing apricot, while hints of citrus and other tropical fruit flavors dance in the background. It was developed by the University of Minnesota and is quite delectable on a warm summer night.
BIN 499 | Dancing Bear
This sweet red table wine is full of fruit, creating aromas of raspberry and tart cherry.
BIN 500 | Frontenac
Frontenac is a medium-body red wine with strong notes of cherry and hints of plum and chocolate. It's crisp, yet earthy, and pairs well with hearty meals such as beef stroganoff or with robust cheeses like Gorgonzola, Bleu, or Sharp Cheddar. Developed by the University of Minnesota and introduced in 1996, this grape variety has become a cold climate mainstay.
BIN P500 | White Elk
White Elk is excellent after dinner or sitting around an evening campfire with friends. This red dessert wine is aged in whiskey barrels which adds a complexity and takes this FRONTENAC to a new and interesting level. Enjoy responsibly!
BIN 600 | Marquette
Marquette is an excellent disease-resistant, cold hardy red wine grape. The Marquette grapes’ high sugar and moderate acidity make it very manageable in the winery. Finished wines are complex, with attractive ruby colors and pronounced tannins. You will find desirable notes of cherry, berry, black pepper, and spice on both the nose and palate.
